Sean has had seven years experience in CAD design and documentation including two years work in London. Sean has contributed to large scale residential and commercial developments including new build and refurbishment with heritage aspects, from demolition through to architectural detailing.

His experience includes client consultation, site analysis and survey, planning and covenant control consideration, design development and documentation, 3D modeling, product specification and Building and Resource Consents.
